Odredba o obvezi predočenja negativnog testa na COVID u cijelom cetinskom kraju ne primjenjuje se samo u Gradskoj upravi u Sinju jer je tako odlučio gradonačelnik Miro Bulj. Potpisanim i pečatiranim dokumentom objavljenim na službenoj stranici Grada, koji nema klasu ni urudžbeni broj, Bulj obavještava sugrađane da će od utorka 16. studenoga, bez obzira što taj dan na snagu stupaju nove epidemiološke mjere, moći slobodno i bez ograničenja koristiti usluge gradske uprave Grada Sinja. Istu preporuku Bulj je uputio tvrtkama i ustanovama u vlasništvu i suvlasništvu Grada Sinja. To su (u suvlasništvu) komunalne tvrtke "Vodovod i odvodnja Cetinske krajine" i "Čistoća Cetinske krajine" te u vlasništvu DV "Bili cvitak", tvrtka za parkiranje i održavanje sportskih objekata "Kamičak", JVP Sinj, Gradska knjižnica Sinj i Kulturno umjetničko središte Sinj. Kada je riječ o zaposlenicima gradske administracije Bulj im je ostavio slobodni izbor. Ako se žele cijepiti ili testirati, to im je omogućeno, ali ih, kaže, na to nitko neće prisiljavati niti će se od njih tražiti COVID potvrde.

- Ja neću dijeliti svoje sugrađane na cijepljene i necijepljene i na testirane i netestirane. Ne želim niti hoću biti diktator jer me građani nisu izabrali i dali mi povjerenje za to već da im budem gradonačelnik. Sve funkcionira normalno. Do mene nije stigla informacija o bilo kakvim problemima – kaže Bulj.

U nezahvalnoj situaciji našao se zaštitar koji kontrolira ulaz u zgradu Općine. U toj zgradi su zaposlenici gradske uprave, ali i zaposlenici ispostava županijskih upravnih odjela. Zaštitar na istom ulazu mora propuštati zaposlenike gradske uprave iako nemaju COVID putovnice i(li) testove, ali i druge građane bez tih dokumenata koji idu u gradsku upravu dok se za ulazak u prostore županijskih službi bez predočenja takvih dokumenata ne može.

Upitali smo Damira Gabrića, načelnika županijskog Stožera CZ, hoće li reagirati na stanje u Sinju.

- Prema informacijama koje imam ovo u Sinju je jedinstven slučaj na području naše županije. U svim drugim gradovima i općinama poštuju se naložene epidemiološke mjere. Naš stožer nema nadležnosti, ali vjerujem da će odgovarajuće državne službe zadužene za provedbu propisa poduzimati mjere. Što se tiče županijskih zaposlenika u ispostavi u Sinju, koji rade u istoj zgradi gdje je gradska uprava, oni su upućeni osobno poštivati mjere, a neće primati ni stranke bez odgovarajućih COVID potvrda. Vjerujem da će se sveukupno stanje normalizirati tijekom ovoga tjedna – kaže Gabrić.

Do sada se nisu cijepili niti su preboljeli COVID-19 brojni zaposlenici sinjskih osnovnih i srednjih škola. Njihov osnivač je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija pa zaposlenici ne mogu koristiti "blagodat" iz obavijesti gradonačelnika Bulja. Među vodećima po broju necijepljenih zaposlenika je sinjska Osnovna škola fra Pavla Vučkovića. Iščekivalo se da će se u utorak ujutro odvijati nastavni proces u toj školi. Hoće li dio nastavnog osoblja koji se protivi cijepljenju isto tako odbiti testiranje.

- Nastava u našoj školi odvija se normalno, po uobičajenom rasporedu, bez ikakvih poremećaja. Istina je da veliki broj naših zaposlenika nije cijepljen i nemaju COVID putovnice odnosno potvrde da su preboljeli COVID. Svi takvi koji su u utorak došli u jutarnju smjenu, jer imamo i poslijepodnevnu, pri dolasku su imali valjane potvrde o testiranju. Neki su se testirali još jučer, a oni koji to nisu uspjeli u utorak su se ustali ranije i napravili test prije dolaska na posao – kaže ravnatelj ove škole prof. Nikola Vučković. Ova škola ima 570 učenika, s područnim odjelima u Brnazama i Turjacima, te 77 zaposlenih.

Provjerili smo stanje i u drugim školama. Od svih ravnatelja koje smo uspjeli dobiti saznali smo da je stanje s nastavom uredno, odnosno da su svi zaposlenici na posao došli s valjanim COVID putovnicama ili negativnim testovima.

Brzi antigenski testovi

Brzi antigenski testovi u cetinskom kraju mogu se napraviti na stalnom punktu županijskog Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo kod Gradskog stadiona, u prostorima patronažne službe Doma zdravlja u Sinju i Trilju te u nekoliko privatnih ambulanti. Punktovi u prostorima patronažnih službi u prijepodnevnim satima rade ponedjeljkom, srijedom i petkom od 6 do 7.45, a onaj NZJZ SDŽ svakog radnog dana od 6 do 7.15. U utorak ujutro na tom punktu bile su dvije djelatnice, koje se nisu naradile. Na testiranje je došlo svega 10-ak građana.

Odredba o obvezi predočenja negativnog testa na COVID u cijelom cetinskom kraju ne primjenjuje se samo u Gradskoj upravi u Sinju jer je tako odlučio gradonačelnik Miro Bulj. Potpisanim i pečatiranim dokumentom objavljenim na službenoj stranici Grada, koji nema klasu ni urudžbeni broj, Bulj obavještava sugrađane da će od utorka 16. studenoga, bez obzira što taj dan na snagu stupaju nove epidemiološke mjere, moći slobodno i bez ograničenja koristiti usluge gradske uprave Grada Sinja. Istu preporuku Bulj je uputio tvrtkama i ustanovama u vlasništvu i suvlasništvu Grada Sinja. To su (u suvlasništvu) komunalne tvrtke "Vodovod i odvodnja Cetinske krajine" i "Čistoća Cetinske krajine" te u vlasništvu DV "Bili cvitak", tvrtka za parkiranje i održavanje sportskih objekata "Kamičak", JVP Sinj, Gradska knjižnica Sinj i Kulturno umjetničko središte Sinj. Kada je riječ o zaposlenicima gradske administracije Bulj im je ostavio slobodni izbor. Ako se žele cijepiti ili testirati, to im je omogućeno, ali ih, kaže, na to nitko neće prisiljavati niti će se od njih tražiti COVID potvrde.

- Ja neću dijeliti svoje sugrađane na cijepljene i necijepljene i na testirane i netestirane. Ne želim niti hoću biti diktator jer me građani nisu izabrali i dali mi povjerenje za to već da im budem gradonačelnik. Sve funkcionira normalno. Do mene nije stigla informacija o bilo kakvim problemima – kaže Bulj.

U nezahvalnoj situaciji našao se zaštitar koji kontrolira ulaz u zgradu Općine. U toj zgradi su zaposlenici gradske uprave, ali i zaposlenici ispostava županijskih upravnih odjela. Zaštitar na istom ulazu mora propuštati zaposlenike gradske uprave iako nemaju COVID putovnice i(li) testove, ali i druge građane bez tih dokumenata koji idu u gradsku upravu dok se za ulazak u prostore županijskih službi bez predočenja takvih dokumenata ne može.

Upitali smo Damira Gabrića, načelnika županijskog Stožera CZ, hoće li reagirati na stanje u Sinju.

- Prema informacijama koje imam ovo u Sinju je jedinstven slučaj na području naše županije. U svim drugim gradovima i općinama poštuju se naložene epidemiološke mjere. Naš stožer nema nadležnosti, ali vjerujem da će odgovarajuće državne službe zadužene za provedbu propisa poduzimati mjere. Što se tiče županijskih zaposlenika u ispostavi u Sinju, koji rade u istoj zgradi gdje je gradska uprava, oni su upućeni osobno poštivati mjere, a neće primati ni stranke bez odgovarajućih COVID potvrda. Vjerujem da će se sveukupno stanje normalizirati tijekom ovoga tjedna – kaže Gabrić.

Do sada se nisu cijepili niti su preboljeli COVID-19 brojni zaposlenici sinjskih osnovnih i srednjih škola. Njihov osnivač je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija pa zaposlenici ne mogu koristiti "blagodat" iz obavijesti gradonačelnika Bulja. Među vodećima po broju necijepljenih zaposlenika je sinjska Osnovna škola fra Pavla Vučkovića. Iščekivalo se da će se u utorak ujutro odvijati nastavni proces u toj školi. Hoće li dio nastavnog osoblja koji se protivi cijepljenju isto tako odbiti testiranje.

- Nastava u našoj školi odvija se normalno, po uobičajenom rasporedu, bez ikakvih poremećaja. Istina je da veliki broj naših zaposlenika nije cijepljen i nemaju COVID putovnice odnosno potvrde da su preboljeli COVID. Svi takvi koji su u utorak došli u jutarnju smjenu, jer imamo i poslijepodnevnu, pri dolasku su imali valjane potvrde o testiranju. Neki su se testirali još jučer, a oni koji to nisu uspjeli u utorak su se ustali ranije i napravili test prije dolaska na posao – kaže ravnatelj ove škole prof. Nikola Vučković. Ova škola ima 570 učenika, s područnim odjelima u Brnazama i Turjacima, te 77 zaposlenih.

Provjerili smo stanje i u drugim školama. Od svih ravnatelja koje smo uspjeli dobiti saznali smo da je stanje s nastavom uredno, odnosno da su svi zaposlenici na posao došli s valjanim COVID putovnicama ili negativnim testovima.

Brzi antigenski testovi

Brzi antigenski testovi u cetinskom kraju mogu se napraviti na stalnom punktu županijskog Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo kod Gradskog stadiona, u prostorima patronažne službe Doma zdravlja u Sinju i Trilju te u nekoliko privatnih ambulanti. Punktovi u prostorima patronažnih službi u prijepodnevnim satima rade ponedjeljkom, srijedom i petkom od 6 do 7.45, a onaj NZJZ SDŽ svakog radnog dana od 6 do 7.15. U utorak ujutro na tom punktu bile su dvije djelatnice, koje se nisu naradile. Na testiranje je došlo svega 10-ak građana.
