Minulih godinu dana Splitsko-dalmatinska županija u svojem "portfelju" ima i Dalmatinsku energetsku agenciju (DEA).

Prvi imenovani ravnatelj Mario Jakić, koji je bio na listi Domovinskog pokreta na zadnjim lokalnim izborima, govori o potezima koje provodi u svrhu olakšavanja života građanima u borbi s (pre)skupim energentima.

– Šteta bi bilo ne iskoristiti potencijal koji nam pruža naše podneblje, a to je prosječno oko 2500 sunčanih sati godišnje. Taj značajan potencijal za još bolje korištenje sunčevih resursa treba aktivirati, što je i naš zadatak u DEA-i.

Želimo potaknuti građane da iskoriste ono što nam je priroda dala, a vidimo po cijenama na tržištu energenata da se građanima ovaj oblik ulaganja itekako isplati. Dobivaju i samodostatnost te određenu neovisnost u odnosu na tržište energenata. I mi smo tu da im pomognemo pri realizaciji – ističe Jakić, naglašavajući aktualni proces koji se provodi:

– To je izrada baze podataka certificiranih izvođača i projektanata sustava obnovljivih izvora energije. Pripremamo bazu koja će biti "puštena" u javnost za petnaestak dana. No riječ je o bazi koja će se konstantno nadopunjavati i ažurirati. Procjena je da će od baze biti dobrobiti i za naše građane i za izvođače, odnosno projektante.

Naime, time će se građanima olakšati pristup informacijama. Jednim klikom na jednom mjestu dobit će sve potrebne informacije o izvođačima i projektantima za koje Dalmatinska energentska agencija jamči da su ovlašteni. Istodobno, izvođači i projektanti iz cijele Hrvatske na ovaj će način biti dostupniji građanima koji žele uložiti u sustave obnovljivih izvora energije.

Ujedno prvi čovjek DEA-e kaže da su imali i javni poziv za podnošenje zahtjeva o iskazu interesa za dobivanje potpora za građane:

– Ukupno je bilo podneseno 156 zahtjeva za potpore, a odobreno je njih 137. Ovaj je poziv "išao" preko županijskog Upravnog odjela za gospodarstvo, EU fondove i poljoprivredu. Potpore su bila namijenjene isključivo građanima, a ukupan iznos potpora za fotonaponske elektrane, instalirane snage do 10 kilovata, iznosio je 301.413,49 eura.

Ravnatelj ističe da je odaziv građana bio solidan, i to s područja cijele županije.

– Očekivano, veći je odaziv građana koji imaju vlastite kuće. No zanimanja ima i za prijave zgrada, čiji stanari sve više uviđaju kako im je od koristi organizirati i postaviti solarne panele, budući da će im se to svima u relativno kratkom vremenu isplatiti. Zanimljivo je da nam se, osim iz naše županije, javljaju i građani iz cijele Hrvatske, pa čak i iz Zagreba, koji su zainteresirani za postavljanje solarnih panela.

Očekujemo još veći interes jer treba vremena da naši sugrađani dobiju informaciju da besplatnu savjetodavnu pomoć mogu dobiti preko Dalmatinske energetske agencije, odnosno da postoji mjesto na kojem će brzo, relativno jednostavno te besplatno moći dobiti korisne i točne informacije. Građanima su sve informacije dostupne na našoj internetskoj stranici www.dea-sdz.hr

Doznajemo da se, osim informiranja građana, pripremaju i projekti postavljanja solarnih panela na županijske ustanove:

– Uskoro raspisujemo natječaj za četiri lokacije instalacija fotonaponske elektrane, a to su Dom zdravlja Mertojak, Osnovna škola kralja Zvonimira iz Solina, OŠ Marka Marulića iz Sinja i Učenički dom u Splitu. U tijeku je priprema dokumentacije za postupak javne nabave.

Ujedno, pripremili smo potrebnu projektnu dokumentaciju i elektroenergetsku suglasnost za postavljanje fotonaponskih elektrana na krovovima deset zgrada u vlasništvu Županije splitsko-dalmatinske, mahom škola i sličnih javnih ustanova.

Za kraj Mario Jakić otkriva i daljnje planove u radu:

– U tijeku je analiza i formiranje baze podataka potrošnje električne energije u školama, te priprema objedinjene javne nabave za potrošnju električne energije za ustanove u vlasništvu Županije. Isto tako, u tijeku je i prijava za energetsku obnovu zgrada u vlasništvu Županije na javni poziv APN-a.

Zahvala i Vladi na subvencioniranju cijene električne energije u razdoblju od šest mjeseci, koje ćemo iskoristiti za povećanje proizvodnje električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora energije. Želimo biti županija – predvodnik zelene tranzicije!

Ravnatelj DEA-e navodi još jedno važno ulaganje:

– Realizirali smo i projekt E-punionice u sjedištu, odnosno u upravnoj zgradi Županije. E-punionice namjeravamo postaviti na još četiri lokacije, a to su:
upravna zgrada Doma zdravlja u Splitu, domovi zdravlja u Imotskom i Vrgorcu te Specijalna bolnica za rehabilitaciju “Biokovka” u Makarskoj.

U postupku je nabava E-vozila, sve u skladu s Akcijskim planom energetske učinkovitosti SDŽ za razdoblje od 2022. do 2024. godine.

Minulih godinu dana Splitsko-dalmatinska županija u svojem "portfelju" ima i Dalmatinsku energetsku agenciju (DEA).

Prvi imenovani ravnatelj Mario Jakić, koji je bio na listi Domovinskog pokreta na zadnjim lokalnim izborima, govori o potezima koje provodi u svrhu olakšavanja života građanima u borbi s (pre)skupim energentima.

– Šteta bi bilo ne iskoristiti potencijal koji nam pruža naše podneblje, a to je prosječno oko 2500 sunčanih sati godišnje. Taj značajan potencijal za još bolje korištenje sunčevih resursa treba aktivirati, što je i naš zadatak u DEA-i.

Želimo potaknuti građane da iskoriste ono što nam je priroda dala, a vidimo po cijenama na tržištu energenata da se građanima ovaj oblik ulaganja itekako isplati. Dobivaju i samodostatnost te određenu neovisnost u odnosu na tržište energenata. I mi smo tu da im pomognemo pri realizaciji – ističe Jakić, naglašavajući aktualni proces koji se provodi:

– To je izrada baze podataka certificiranih izvođača i projektanata sustava obnovljivih izvora energije. Pripremamo bazu koja će biti "puštena" u javnost za petnaestak dana. No riječ je o bazi koja će se konstantno nadopunjavati i ažurirati. Procjena je da će od baze biti dobrobiti i za naše građane i za izvođače, odnosno projektante.

Naime, time će se građanima olakšati pristup informacijama. Jednim klikom na jednom mjestu dobit će sve potrebne informacije o izvođačima i projektantima za koje Dalmatinska energentska agencija jamči da su ovlašteni. Istodobno, izvođači i projektanti iz cijele Hrvatske na ovaj će način biti dostupniji građanima koji žele uložiti u sustave obnovljivih izvora energije.

Ujedno prvi čovjek DEA-e kaže da su imali i javni poziv za podnošenje zahtjeva o iskazu interesa za dobivanje potpora za građane:

– Ukupno je bilo podneseno 156 zahtjeva za potpore, a odobreno je njih 137. Ovaj je poziv "išao" preko županijskog Upravnog odjela za gospodarstvo, EU fondove i poljoprivredu. Potpore su bila namijenjene isključivo građanima, a ukupan iznos potpora za fotonaponske elektrane, instalirane snage do 10 kilovata, iznosio je 301.413,49 eura.

Ravnatelj ističe da je odaziv građana bio solidan, i to s područja cijele županije.

– Očekivano, veći je odaziv građana koji imaju vlastite kuće. No zanimanja ima i za prijave zgrada, čiji stanari sve više uviđaju kako im je od koristi organizirati i postaviti solarne panele, budući da će im se to svima u relativno kratkom vremenu isplatiti. Zanimljivo je da nam se, osim iz naše županije, javljaju i građani iz cijele Hrvatske, pa čak i iz Zagreba, koji su zainteresirani za postavljanje solarnih panela.

Očekujemo još veći interes jer treba vremena da naši sugrađani dobiju informaciju da besplatnu savjetodavnu pomoć mogu dobiti preko Dalmatinske energetske agencije, odnosno da postoji mjesto na kojem će brzo, relativno jednostavno te besplatno moći dobiti korisne i točne informacije. Građanima su sve informacije dostupne na našoj internetskoj stranici www.dea-sdz.hr

Doznajemo da se, osim informiranja građana, pripremaju i projekti postavljanja solarnih panela na županijske ustanove:

– Uskoro raspisujemo natječaj za četiri lokacije instalacija fotonaponske elektrane, a to su Dom zdravlja Mertojak, Osnovna škola kralja Zvonimira iz Solina, OŠ Marka Marulića iz Sinja i Učenički dom u Splitu. U tijeku je priprema dokumentacije za postupak javne nabave.

Ujedno, pripremili smo potrebnu projektnu dokumentaciju i elektroenergetsku suglasnost za postavljanje fotonaponskih elektrana na krovovima deset zgrada u vlasništvu Županije splitsko-dalmatinske, mahom škola i sličnih javnih ustanova.

Za kraj Mario Jakić otkriva i daljnje planove u radu:

– U tijeku je analiza i formiranje baze podataka potrošnje električne energije u školama, te priprema objedinjene javne nabave za potrošnju električne energije za ustanove u vlasništvu Županije. Isto tako, u tijeku je i prijava za energetsku obnovu zgrada u vlasništvu Županije na javni poziv APN-a.

Zahvala i Vladi na subvencioniranju cijene električne energije u razdoblju od šest mjeseci, koje ćemo iskoristiti za povećanje proizvodnje električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora energije. Želimo biti županija – predvodnik zelene tranzicije!

Ravnatelj DEA-e navodi još jedno važno ulaganje:

– Realizirali smo i projekt E-punionice u sjedištu, odnosno u upravnoj zgradi Županije. E-punionice namjeravamo postaviti na još četiri lokacije, a to su:
upravna zgrada Doma zdravlja u Splitu, domovi zdravlja u Imotskom i Vrgorcu te Specijalna bolnica za rehabilitaciju “Biokovka” u Makarskoj.

U postupku je nabava E-vozila, sve u skladu s Akcijskim planom energetske učinkovitosti SDŽ za razdoblje od 2022. do 2024. godine.
